When I first started the business, I was directionless as I had no mentor to guide me on how to achieve my targets and only learnt the hard way through multiple failures. However, the move to GT Group was what woke me up.

Being under the wings of GT Group, I felt very privileged as our Executive Director, Gabriel, has always pushed us to do better through a range of pre-planned activities to motivate us to hit our incentives. Such activities enable us to move along in an environment where we desire to do our best - where we don’t just work hard, but also play hard.

Moving ahead, I am looking to pursue the MDRT title and do better progressively, as well to improve on my skills in order to close more cases with the high-net-worth (HNW) individuals.
