Every support and platform has its costs and benefits. As the saying goes, “to be a good leader, you must first be led.” I strongly believe that in order to move to greater heights, following a good leader and mentor, Gabriel, is one of the most important aspect to success. Sales have always been sales, but it has also changed my perspective on how I was not only doing sales, but also a part of my client’s financial life.

Adopting the distributed leadership model; sensemaking, relating, visioning and inventing, GT Group pushes everyone to work through the ups and downs of life together, and that is what I like about being in this Group. My team is like my family and my clients are a part of me.

I believe that the only way to progress and to be truly satisfied, is to place trust in what you are doing. And the only way to do great work, is to love what you do. And that is how I see myself progressing and moving forward.
