Lim You Sheng

In my journey with GT Group, I have learnt to better understand people by communicating with them effectively. Taking control of my life with a system has also been a key change in my life, as compared to "floating around” as a teenager.

The one person I have to thank will have to be my mentor and Director, Martin Boey, who groomed and shaped me into every bit of what I am today. Furthermore, I appreciate the advice and support from experienced colleagues from GT Group, which has helped me to understand aspects of the business such as: the underwriting processes, overcoming prospecting challenges and getting a better understanding of policies’ definitions.

Moving ahead, I see myself sharpening my foundation in the meantime and hopefully, lead a team in the coming 2019!
